BLS and ACLS certification Minimum 2 years Acute Care experience with at least 1 year current ICU experience Graduate of an accredited nursing school (required); Bachelor or Master preferred Current RN license in state of practice (required) Benefits
Weekly pay for travel contracts 401K with company match Guaranteed hours for travel contracts Preferred booking agreement for local contracts Referral bonus to TRA active employees Compensation
Local: $70.00 per hour for ICU & CVICU; $75.00 per hour for CVICU. Travel: approx $2,300 per week for ICU & CVICU; $2,520 per week for CVICU. Rates may vary; contact recruiter for current rates. Job Description & Physical Demands
This role provides direct clinical patient care. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis at the unit level. The RN will support all facilities in the market as needed, supervising staff as appropriate and ensuring high-quality nursing care, staff competency, and resource management.
