About the Role
As an RN on the PCU night shift, you will provide high‑quality and safe patient care, ensuring comfort and security to patients and families during their most vulnerable moments. You are part of a nationwide network of peer nurses and nursing leaders who share knowledge and advance the profession. The organization offers career growth opportunities through Charge, Clinical Supervisor, and Nurse Manager‑in‑training programs, as well as a robust continuing education program. Responsibilities
Provide patient care, assessment, and monitoring; administer medications and treatments as per physician orders; collaborate with interdisciplinary team members; document nursing care accurately; educate patients and families; participate in quality improvement initiatives; and maintain a safe and caring environment during the night shift. Graduate of an accredited or NLN‑approved RN program. Prefer one‑year full‑time or three years part‑time experience in an acute care setting; new graduates encouraged to apply in their final semester. Current South Carolina nursing license. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS (upon hire); CPI within 6 months. Contact
