Starting Hourly Rate:
$35.55
Base wage: $27.15 per hour for LPN
Night shift premium: $5.00 per hour
Hero Pay: $3.40 per hour

12‑hour shifts; all shifts include rotating weekends and some holidays

Responsibilities
Promote hospitality and excellent customer service to guests, families, and visitors
Perform a variety of treatments: wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, peritoneal dialysis
Administer medications as prescribed and advise patients/families on changes to medications, treatment plans, and patient condition
Provide preventative and supportive care directed at the physiologic and psychosocial well‑being of patients
Oversee the Nurse Aide team, give direction & assignments, provide training, and contribute to recognition and evaluations
Qualifications
Current LPN license in Michigan and current CPR‑BLS certification
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or higher
Strong analytical abilities to prepare personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care and rehabilitation, and develop solutions to difficult problems concerning well‑being
Excellent customer‑service skills with commitment to delivering innovative care
Team player, dedicated to supporting teammates and getting the job done
