$10,000 Sign‑On Bonus for a new hire with an 18‑month commitment
Will float to Med/Surg as needed

Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Performs a variety of tasks, demonstrating a wide degree of creativity and latitude.
Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arkansas.
Associate degree in nursing; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within critical care nursing.
BLS certification.
Strong clinical assessment and critical‑thinking skills.
