About the Department The Department of Anesthesiology at Banner University Medical Group Tucson is growing and actively interviewing physician anesthesiologists to provide exceptional patient care in our new community-based model. Join our clinical anesthesiology team in modern, technologically advanced outpatient settings at our Tucson campus, South Tucson campus, and ASC locations.
As a member of our Community Physician division, you will care for a diverse surgical outpatient population by supporting cases in Orthopedics, GI, Ophthalmology, ENT, GYN, Plastics, Urology, and General Surgery. Bread-and-butter anesthesiology case work, no subspecialty work.
* 100% Solo (personal performance) cases ONLY.
* No overnight call. No holiday work.
* 17 SHIFTS PER MONTH FOR FULL TIME.
Part‑time options WELCOME! Any FTE amount will be considered. Shift requirements and compensation for part‑time FTE are prorated accordingly.
Compensation \$545k is the anticipated total annual compensation.
Sign‑on bonus $50K.
The compensation model is a competitive combination of guaranteed base salary, productivity, shift differentials, and incentive bonus. Additional shift pay is available for extra earnings.
