Direct Support Professional - White Bear Lake

As a Day Program, we offer consistent day hours Monday through Friday. No need to work evenings, overnights or weekends! Full-time and Part-time shifts are currently available.
Hourly rate:
$18.50
Working Hours:
Full‑time DSPs work 33 hours per week.
To work 40 hours per week, we also now offer additional opportunities as an In‑Home Caregiver/IHS Professional. Pay is $20 hourly and requires your own vehicle and clean driving record.

Responsibilities:
Greet participants each morning and set a positive tone for the day.
Engage participants in music therapy, arts and crafts, cooking lessons, and community outings.
Assist with personal care routines while demonstrating empathy and respect.
Support life‑skills enrichment and vocational training opportunities.
Work collaboratively with a team of care professionals.
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
Great listening and communication skills.
Patience, empathy, and a caring nature.
Experience in direct care is a plus but not required.
Ability to work well in a team setting.
Both full‑time and part‑time positions are available. We’ve streamlined the application process so it should only take a few minutes to apply and you could be working in 1–2 weeks!
