Qualifications
Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a skilled rehabilitation or hospital setting
Strong leadership skills with the ability to plan, organize, and implement care programs
Knowledge of federal, state, and local nursing standards and regulations
Responsibilities
Supervise daily nursing operations, including charge nurses and CNAs
Ensure quality care for skilled rehab patients
Serve as a liaison with physicians, labs, radiology, and other clinicians
Problem-solve issues as they arise, maintaining smooth facility operations
