About the Position
We are looking for a Registered Nurse to join Life Care Centers of America in

Responsibilities As a member of our interdisciplinary team, the RN delivers quality nursing care through interpersonal contact and provides services that allow patients to attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well‑being. Key duties include:
Evaluating patient needs through ongoing assessment and revising care plans based on changes in the patient’s condition.
Providing clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs on a daily basis.
Implementing and interpreting department programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures.
Exhibiting excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward patients.
Concentrating and using reasoning skills and good judgment.
Communicating and functioning productively on an interdisciplinary team.
Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements
Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing)
Active, in‑good‑standing Registered Nurse (RN) license for the applicable state.
Preferred: One year of skilled nursing experience.
CPR certification upon hire or obtained during orientation; must remain current during employment.
