Job Description Design, develop, and research software solutions for GenPX. Duties include: Create custom applications, features, and components using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies; integrate Salesforce with other systems using APIs, middleware, and web services to ensure seamless data flow; manage data migrations, data cleansing, and data integration tasks, ensuring data integrity and accuracy; configure Salesforce settings and customize objects, fields, and layouts to meet business requirements; review code for best practices, performance, and security, and ensure adherence to development standards; analyze and optimize the performance of Salesforce applications, including identifying and resolving bottlenecks and diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations; create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, user manuals, and deployment plans; work with cross‑functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and end‑users, to gather requirements and provide solutions; engage in Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, stand‑ups, and retrospectives, and contribute to iterative development processes. Will provide services to clients throughout the U.S. Must be willing to travel/relocate.
Job Requirements: Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Information Systems Management, Engineering Management or related field and three (3) years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, or related occupation.
