Responsibilities
Serve as day-to-day lead for client accounts, acting as the primary liaison and coordinating across internal teams to ensure flawless execution. Develop big-picture strategic plans, narratives, and campaign frameworks tailored to companies operating in AI, emerging tech, and innovation-heavy sectors. Guide clients through complex challenges involving policy, regulatory scrutiny, market shifts, and public perception. Design and execute integrated communications campaigns, including media strategy, stakeholder mapping, narrative architecture, and coalition engagement. Lead drafting of messaging, talking points, statements, speeches, op-eds, briefing materials, and other content that translates technical subject matter into clear, compelling storytelling. Pitch media, identify key targets, and cultivate relationships across tech, policy, and business press. Build and manage stakeholder outreach strategies, including government, industry, advocacy, academic, and community partners. Apply a sophisticated understanding of AI, data governance, emerging technology trends, and regulatory issues to client strategies. Requirements
At least 4 years of experience in strategic communications, public affairs, technology policy, or campaigns — ideally supporting companies in AI, frontier tech, or other innovation-driven sectors. Proven success leading complex, multi-stakeholder campaigns in fast-paced environments. Exceptional writing, messaging, and narrative development skills — able to communicate technical concepts with clarity and impact. Strong understanding of the policy and regulatory dynamics shaping AI, data privacy, tech governance, platform regulation, or emerging industries. Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships, provide senior-level counsel, and oversee cross-functional teams. Experience engaging with reporters, policymakers, community leaders, and industry stakeholders. Highly resourceful, proactive, and comfortable navigating ambiguous or rapidly shifting priorities.
