Job Summary
The Clinical Registered Dietitian provides expert nutritional guidance and personalized dietary plans to patients. They assess patients' nutritional needs, develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans, and monitor progress to promote optimal health outcomes. The role involves collaborating with healthcare teams, educating patients on healthy eating habits, and ensuring dietary interventions align with medical treatments. Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough nutritional assessments and evaluations of patients. Develop and implement personalized nutrition care plans based on medical conditions and dietary needs. Provide education and counseling to patients and their families on nutrition-related topics. Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting care plans as needed. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to integrate nutrition care into overall treatment plans. Stay updated with the latest research and dietary guidelines to provide evidence-based recommendations. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications
Registered Dietitian license. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Minimum of 4 years of experience as an RN Preferably 1 year of experience working with the elderly population Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team. Salary and Benefits
