School Registered Nurse (RN) – Aurora, CO Area
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate School Registered Nurse (RN) to provide 1:1 care for a medically fragile student in a school setting.
School RN Position Details
School-based RN role
Monday–Friday schedule
Shift: 7:30 AM–3:45 PM
1:1 assignment supporting a medically fragile student
Bus riding to and from school is required
Student Care Responsibilities
Oxygen administration
Ostomy care
G‑tube care and feedings
Suctioning
Safe transfers using a Hoyer lift
Ongoing monitoring and documentation throughout the school day
School RN Qualifications
Active ColoradoRN licensure required
Experience with medically fragile pediatric patients preferred
Comfortable providing 1:1 nursing care in a school environment
