St. Luke's Children's Center for Neurobehavioral Medicine is seeking a BC/BE Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to serve as Medical Director and join our dynamic, collaborative team. This full-time position combines clinical practice with medical directorship responsibilities.
What You Can Expect:
Join a clinic of 5 board-certified child & adolescent psychiatrists, 2 neuropsychologists, 2 clinical psychologists, and 6 onsite therapists. We are supported by 4 full-time RNs, a medical assistant, a care coordinator, and 5 administrative staff members
Responsible for overseeing 85 folks
Clinical Care
Provide outpatient psychiatric care for children and adolescents
Co‑manage patients with community-based primary and specialty care providers
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure continuity and quality of care
Medical Directorship
Partner with administration to influence clinical outcomes and operational performance
Lead and support providers within the specialty
Collaborate with other specialty leaders across St. Luke's Health System
Integrated care model with onsite Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), and Neuropsychological
Strong emphasis on collaboration and integrated behavioral health within primary and specialty care
Qualifications:
MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Board-certified or board‑eligible
Eligible for medical licensure in Idaho
Preferred: Leadership experience
