Speaks Law Firm is seeking an experienced NC licensed Attorney to join our well‑established, nationally recognized firm. Our firm is deeply committed to client advocacy and prides itself on delivering excellence in every case we manage. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Accountable for medical oversight performed by case managers, case values, utilizing subject matter experts, negotiating claims, referring to and assisting litigation

Maintain effective communication with clients per the firm's standards and expectations

Ensure that overall best strategies are utilized for negotiations and act as mentor to case managers and/or any direct reports

Collaborate with firm leadership to maximize outcomes

Assist with exceptional cases at the discretion of Senior Leadership

Desired Qualifications:

Must have a minimum of two (2) plus years of NC personal injury experience

Must be an active member of the NC Bar Association

Active member of SC Bar Association is a plus

Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

Proficiency in writing, research, and negotiation

Intermediate to advanced computer skills required

Experience with Needles Neos Case Management Software is a plus
