Assistant Superintendent / Administrative Assistant
Paulding Exempted Village Schools is seeking a detail-oriented and personable candidate to assist the superintendent with daily administrative duties. Maintaining confidentiality while fostering a good relationship with the community is essential. Strong organizational, communication, and time management abilities, as well as familiarity with Google Docs and the Microsoft Office Suite, are preferred, along with prior administrative assistant experience.
The 260-day contract, 8 hours per day, will begin on August 1, 2026. Benefits and insurance are included. Candidates must be able to pass a background check and hold a high school diploma.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst The Western Buckeye Educational Service Center is seeking qualified applicants for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to serve the Paulding and Wayne Trace School Districts. The position is four days a week and is available immediately. The Certified Ohio Behavior Analyst (COBA) certification is required. The district seeks a candidate who is dedicated to academic excellence and able to work positively and proactively with district staff members and members of the community.
Candidates are asked to submit the following: A letter of application emphasizing qualifications and reasons for interest, an up-to-date resume, three current professional recommendation letters, a copy of a valid Certified Ohio Behavior Analyst certificate and a completed certified application that can be found on the ESC website at https://www.wbesc.org/district-quick-links/employment.

Substitute Bus Driver Paulding Exempted Village Schools has an immediate need for Substitute Bus Drivers for routes and extra-curricular events. Bus Driver Training can be provided.
