Are you a welcoming professional with a passion for building community connections? Our Lady of Mount Carmel is seeking an organised, empathetic, and proactive Enrolment Officer to join our school family from the 2026 school year.
As the first point of contact for new families, you will play a vital role in sharing the spirit of our school and ensuring a smooth transition for our youngest learners and their parents.
Key Responsibilities
the Face of the School: Act as the primary point of contact for all enrolment inquiries, providing a warm and professional welcome to prospective families
process Management: Manage the end-to-end enrolment journey, from initial inquiry and school tours to data entry and final registration
community Engagement: Represent the school at community events and assist in organising Open Days and Orientation sessions
administrative Excellence: Maintain accurate student records and ensure compliance with Sydney Catholic Schools (SCS) policies and legislative requirements.
About You
We are looking for a candidate who possesses:
exceptional Communication: The ability to engage warmly with people from diverse backgrounds
strong Administration Skills: Proficiency in office software (experience with school management systems like Compass is a plus)
alignment with Mission: A commitment to supporting the Catholic ethos and values of our school
attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data management and documentation.
