The Manager of Digital Programs will play a pivotal role in executing RealTruck’s digital transformation roadmap. This position will lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of cross-functional initiatives that enhance the company’s global ecommerce and marketing technology ecosystem, including efforts across both D2C and B2B channels. This position bridges strategy and execution by translating enterprise priorities into actionable programs, aligning business and technology teams, driving adoption of AI-driven tooling, and ensuring measurable outcomes. This role will be responsible for managing complex digital initiatives within ecommerce or consumer brands, possesses an understanding of B2B commerce dynamics and thrives on bringing clarity, structure, and progress to fast-moving organizations.
CORE FUNCTIONS
Program Management & Delivery
Lead the planning and execution of multiple concurrent digital initiatives, including ecommerce platform enhancements, technology integrations, and process improvements – spanning domestic and international D2C and B2B sites.
Lead the integration and migration programs supporting international ecommerce sites, including infrastructure alignment, phased multi-country rollouts, and post-launch validation.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverable tracking, ensuring global program visibility across regional stakeholders.
Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and roadblocks spanning multiple countries (compliance, localization, payments, data residency), and work cross-functionally to resolve them.
Ensure that programs are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with defined objectives, factoring in country-level nuances.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Serve as the primary liaison between business, marketing, and technology teams globally.
Translate strategic goals and requirements — including global and country-specific objectives — into executable project plans and milestones.
Coordinate resources and stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
Facilitate clear and proactive communication across internal and external partners.
Ecommerce Platform Enablement
Support digital initiatives related to ecommerce platform optimization, site experience, and system integrations across both D2C and B2B environments, including international implementations.
Leverage understanding of modern digital commerce ecosystems to recommend scalable, future-ready solutions that support multi-language, multi-currency, and compliant international expansion.
Partner with internal technology teams and external vendors to align technical requirements and implementation timelines.
Help identify opportunities to improve customer experience, conversion, and operational efficiency.
Governance & Reporting
Develop and maintain consistent frameworks for tracking milestones, risks, and outcomes.
Deliver executive-level reporting and insights to ensure visibility into progress, challenges, and performance across domestic and international programs.
Establish and uphold standards for global program governance, documentation, and communication.
Use data and KPIs to evaluate program success and guide continuous improvement.
Change Management & Enablement
Support the rollout and adoption of new tools, systems, and processes across business teams.
Develop clear documentation, communication, and light training materials tailored for global distribution and localized adoption where needed.
Partner with stakeholders to ensure operational readiness and long-term sustainability of new capabilities.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation across cross-functional teams.
Leadership & Strategic Influence
Provide vision and leadership for global digital programs, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities and long-term growth objectives.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, influencing decision-making and championing digital transformation across the organization.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is required. MBA is preferred.
7+ years of experience in program or project management within digital, ecommerce, or technology transformation environments required with a minimum of 3 years of leading a team; auto aftermarket experience a plus.
Experience managing initiatives across ecommerce platforms (experience with Shopify Plus or similar enterprise commerce solutions preferred).
Experience with B2B ecommerce platforms, digital tools, or dealer portals strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of digital commerce architecture, marketing technology, and cross-functional delivery processes.
Experience working across matrixed organizations with multiple stakeholders and external vendors.
Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira & Confluence a plus.
