We hold an annual Dodgeball for Charity event at our Q2 Stadium in Austin, inviting other local companies to play, and community organizations we support to raise money and awareness together.**SUMMARY**Q2 is seeking a Product Owner for the SMART product to drive execution of data-driven personalization, targeting, and campaign enablement capabilities within Digital Banking. In this role, you will partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Delivery to translate SMART’s strategic roadmap into clear, prioritized user stories that support measurable marketing outcomes such as engagement, conversion, cross-sell, and retention.The ideal candidate brings a strong technical foundation paired with a marketing or growth-oriented background, with experience in digital marketing platforms, audience segmentation, campaign execution, or analytics. You will work across data services, APIs, and platform integrations to ensure SMART capabilities can be effectively leveraged by financial institutions and their marketing teams. Acting as the executional bridge between Product Managers and engineering teams, you will manage dependencies, ensure sprint readiness, maintain high-quality documentation, and drive consistent delivery of complex initiatives. This role requires the ability to translate marketing use cases into scalable platform capabilities while balancing technical feasibility with business impact.**RESPONSIBILITIES**• Align with Product & Delivery leadership to prioritize product backlog.• Define product functionality and write detailed user stories/epics with end-user empathy.• Manage sprints: planning, review, and acceptance of completed work.• Apply Agile methods to encourage disciplined software development and frequent inspection.• Articulate product vision and user stories clearly to teams and clients.• Deliver product acceptance criteria and ensure quality delivery.• Drive Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and roadmap execution.**EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE**• Bachelor’s degree; 2–5 years of related experience.• Technical background with backend integrations, APIs, and scalable solutions.• Experience with Agile Scrum methodology and process management.• Proven ability to manage complex rollouts with multiple stakeholders.• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.• Proficiency with Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence).• Comfortable working across distributed teams*This position requires fluent written and oral communication in English.**Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.***Health & Wellness*** Hybrid Work Opportunities* Flexible Time Off* Career Development & Mentoring Programs* Health & Wellness Benefits, including competitive health insurance offerings and generous paid parental leave for eligible new parents* Community Volunteering & Company Philanthropy Programs* Employee Peer Recognition Programs – “You Earned it”Click
