The Associate Dean of Nursing is responsible for the overall operations, academic achievement, and student success within the RN-to-BSN Program. Key duties include managing faculty, overseeing curriculum development, providing student advisement, and collaborating with relevant stakeholders. Other information: Education : A minimum of a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) is required. Doctoral degree in nursing (DNP or PhD) is preferred. A minimum of 3 years teaching experience is required. Teaching experience in distance education is required. Licensure : A current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arkansas is required. Experience : Direct patient care nursing experience required (minimum of five years). Prior experience in an academic setting, with a track record of progressive administrative or leadership roles in nursing education. Experience with accreditation processes and standards is essential. This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly. Connect With Us
