Billing Specialist

LaSalle Network is partnering with a mission-driven consulting organization to support a strong finance team during a critical coverage period. You’ll own end-to-end billing operations, support ERP accuracy, and collaborate closely with leadership and technical teams – making an immediate, visible impact while gaining exposure to complex billing and system strategy. What You’ll Do
Oversee the billing process end-to-end, reviewing monthly invoices for accuracy and completeness within 20 business days of period close Own project setup, audits, and closures within systems, ensuring proper configuration and compliance Maintain data integrity and support system accuracy across billing and reporting Coordinate, develop, and deliver system training as directed Partner with finance leadership and AP to support reconciliations and high-volume billing activity What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in accounting (required) 3+ years of invoicing, billing, or accounting operations experience Experience working within a large ERP environment (required) Strong reconciliation skills and experience processing high-volume transactions High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Nice to Have
Experience with Deltek, VantagePoint, or Advantage systems Background working with engineers, geologists, or technical teams Process-driven mindset with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems What’s in It for You
