We are seeking a seasoned
Director of Treasury
to lead cash management, liquidity planning, banking relationships, and financial risk management for a growing restaurant group. This role is critical to the financial health of the organization and plays a central role in supporting unit expansion, margin stability, and long-term value creation. Key Responsibilities
Cash & Liquidity Management Own daily, weekly, and long-term cash forecasting and liquidity planning across all restaurant locations Manage working capital including cash flow timing, receivables, payables, and vendor funding structures Ensure sufficient liquidity to support operations, development, and strategic initiatives Banking & Capital Strategy Lead all banking and lender relationships Negotiate and manage credit facilities, debt agreements, and financing structures Monitor covenant compliance and capital structure performance Support funding for new store development, remodels, acquisitions, and major capital investments Risk Management & Controls Establish and maintain treasury policies, controls, and fraud prevention frameworks Oversee cash movement authorization, payment security, and internal controls Manage interest rate, foreign exchange, and commodity exposure as applicable Strategic Partnership Partner with FP&A, Accounting, Operations, and Development teams to align capital planning with business strategy Provide executive leadership with clear visibility into cash position, funding needs, and financial risk exposure Support M&A and growth initiatives with liquidity modeling and transaction funding structures Team & Infrastructure Build, develop, and lead the treasury function as the company scales Implement treasury systems, automation, and best practices Improve forecasting accuracy, reporting quality, and financial governance Qualifications
8+ years of progressive treasury, corporate finance, or financial leadership experience Significant experience in multi-unit restaurant, hospitality, retail, or consumer businesses Deep expertise in cash forecasting, debt structures, and working capital management Strong knowledge of banking relationships, credit agreements, and covenant compliance Proven ability to operate in high-growth, multi-unit environments Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills
