The Marketing
Manager plays a critical role in advancing our marketing strategy by transforming ideas into compelling, visually driven narratives. This role combines hands-on deck design with a strong emphasis on persuasive storytelling, sponsored content, and pitch-ready materials designed to articulate value to partners. The ideal candidate blends creative talent with strong marketing strategy, an understanding of the sponsorship landscape, and proven experience selling or pitching concepts.**PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:***Strategic Deck Creation, Sponsored Content & Campaign Strategy** Lead the creation of high-quality presentation decks for partner pitches, executive briefings, events, and internal strategy discussions.* Develop and manage content for marketing B2B campaigns including but not limited to website, newsletters, email, print and digital advertisements, social media, panels, promotional collateral, etc.* Work closely with business development, partnerships, and marketing leadership to determine the right narrative, content flow, and positioning for decks and sponsorship materials.* Collaborate across teams to concept and package new sponsorship ideas, marketing programs, and content opportunities.*Content and Brand Asset Management** Manage the delivery and distribution process for all branded assets including photography and videography needs.* Oversee the implementation and management of a digital asset library (DAM) and creative request workflow.* Manage the presentation of NFLPA/NFLPI at events, in conjunction with events team, including program content, collateral, presentation and execution.* Track performance of marketing campaigns and creative assets; provide insights and recommendations for future initiatives.* Conduct trend analysis to identify emerging opportunities in sponsorship, marketing content, and creative presentation.*Other Duties** Supervise, manage and evaluate Marketing department intern as needed* Perform other duties as assigned**\*\*\*When submitting your resume or CV and cover letter, please also include a PowerPoint (PPT) or slide deck example that demonstrates your experience with digital content, pitching, and/or reporting\*\*\***The NFL Players Association is the Union representing all active NFL players.
