We are seeking a highly organized and driven Software Product Migration Specialist to help shape the future of our customers' technological journeys by ensuring seamless and successful migrations from legacy solutions to our cutting‑edge, next‑generation SaaS platforms. In this dynamic role you will work closely with our customers to create an excellent experience as they transition to our newest platforms. You will be part of a team that plays a critical role in delivering high‑quality migration engagements that drive customer satisfaction, accelerate solution adoption, and will empower our clients to unlock the full potential of our advanced technologies. This role is a hybrid position and requires a minimum of 3 days a week in one of our US Zebra locations: Kennesaw, GA (preferred) Lincolnshire, IL Holtsville, NY Austin, TX Come join us! Responsibilities:
Provides technical support working with the customer for delivery and installation. Prepares product specifications for implementation of customer solutions. Supports the installation and maintenance of multiple company products and ensures that the product application/solution is functioning according to specifications. Consults users on product capability and provides product demonstrations. Receives general instructions on routine work, new projects or assignments. Builds productive working relationships internally and externally. Collaborates with technical and subject matter experts to address customer specific migration requirements Engages with customers to align on project requirements and deliverables:
Creates and maintains project plans for assigned customer migration projects Participates in cross functional teams to ensure timely execution of vital project requirements
Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent vocational qualification required Minimum 2 years of applicable work experience required Preferred Qualifications: Exposure to workforce management or voice solutions, PBX Working knowledge of SaaS solutions Project management experience Ability to act with confidence with internal and external customers Excellent project coordination and training facilitation experience Experience implementing solutions with external customers Excellent customer service skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills Self-starter Detail-oriented Curious mindset to uncover needs and continuously learn Integrity and strong work ethic Demonstrates teamwork Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, MS Teams, etc.) Zebra is an equal opportunity employer. USD 84400.00 - USD 126600.00 Yearly Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job‑related skills, knowledge, and experience. Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement. In most other roles, the Zebra annual cash incentive program links company and individual performance together. Some roles may also be eligible for long‑term incentive equity awards.
