R37534**Hourly Pay Range:**$37.85 - $58.67 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.**Position Highlights:*** Position: Programmer Analyst II - UiPath* Location: Skokie, IL or Warrenville, IL* Full Time* Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm* Hybrid Position* Local travel to other corporate sites will be required on rotating basis.**Job Summary:**We are seeking a UiPath Developer to design, develop, and support Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using the UiPath platform. This role is responsible for independently delivering end-to-end automations for well-defined business processes, collaborating with business analysts and stakeholders, and contributing to the continuous improvement of RPA standards and practices. The ideal candidate has hands-on UiPath experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work across multiple automation technologies. As the Programmer Analyst II at Endeavor Health, you will be responsible for assisting in specific areas of IT including full life cycle management, from analysis and design to deployment and maintenance of technology solutions and platforms. In addition, you will contribute toward identifying opportunities with the goal of reducing manual efforts, supporting the growth of the organization, promoting patient and user experience, and helping create innovative solutions with operations. You will help foster strong working relationships with key stakeholders, promote the consistent use of available tools, techniques, workflows, and platforms, and perform administrative tasks as assigned. This role requires experience in developing and implementing intelligent automation solutions. The role will work independently on assigned tasks, taking ownership of specific automation projects. To be successful in this role, you will be expected to remain updated on the latest solutions and technologies and advocate for the adoption of industry best practices.**What you will do:*** Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using RPA (UiPath/Microsoft Power Automate), AI technologies, SDLC tools, and Agile delivery practices.* Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to translate business requirements into technical automation solutions.* Enhance, troubleshoot, and optimize existing automations to improve stability and performance* Participate in code reviews and contribute to reusable components and frameworks* Support production automations and assist with incident resolution and root-cause analysis* Maintain clear technical documentation for developed automations* Implement and test automation scripts to ensure accuracy and efficiency.* Manage and optimize automation workflows.* Prepare reports and presentations on automation activities and results.* Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in intelligent automation technologies.**What you will need:*** **Education:** Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.* **Certification:** UiPath Automation Professional Certified (preferred)* **Experience:** 5 (five) years of experience in developing and implementing software or automation solutions.* Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with UiPath Platform: Studio and UiPath Orchestrator, including development of attended and unattended bots.* Knowledge of Epic EMR.* Knowledge of building AI Agent.* **Unique or Preferred Skills:*** Strong working knowledge of VB.NET or C#, with experience implementing structured workflows, exception handling, and logging.* Ability to analyze moderately complex business processes, identify automation opportunities, and translate requirements into scalable solutions.* Experience automating web and desktop applications, including selector-based automation, OCR/Citrix environments, APIs, and basic SQL/database interactions.* Solid understanding of the RPA delivery lifecycle, including version control, testing, deployment, monitoring, and production support.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.* Able to communicate with operational/senior leadership with no direction or coaching.* Promotes effective written and verbal communication among peers across the organization and executive leadership.* Serves as a key point person for technical and operational leadership for problem resolution and project management.* Able to provide technical leadership, guidance, and coaching with little to no supervision.* Utilizes effective analytical and troubleshooting skills with no assistance at an expert level.* Typically resolves complex problems or problems where precedent may not exist.* Able to communicate and translate complex technical terms into understandable simple terms for all customer groups.* Must be able to work independently and in a team setting, possess good verbal, written & customer service skills.**Benefits (For full time or part time positions):*** Incentive pay for select positions* Opportunity for annual increases based on performance* Career Pathways to Promote Professional Growth and Development* Various Medical, Dental, Pet and Vision options* Tuition Reimbursement* Free Parking* Wellness Program Savings Plan* Health Savings Account Options* Retirement Options with Company Match* Paid Time Off and Holiday Pay* Community Involvement OpportunitiesEndeavor Health is a fully integrated healthcare delivery system committed to providing access to quality, vibrant, community-connected care, serving an area of more than 4.2 million residents across six northeast Illinois counties.
