Project description In the rapidly evolving landscape of modern mobility and transport services, a significant challenge lies in seamlessly integrating the elements of automotive OEM infrastructure with diverse services of external partners. Luxoft will develop a Cloud platform to exchange, integrate and process data from and to the vehicle, the Mobileye SDS backend, and the MaaS System. The AWS-based solution will be designed by reviewing and improving the current concept in close cooperation with the client and further stakeholders to identify, manage and document the requirements. Our approach will be iterative, adaptive, and executed with a proactive Agile methodology. Luxoft will provide a development team with great experience in modern development practices, which are self-organized, cross‑functional, and experienced to deliver in quality, time, and budget. Responsibilities As a Backend Project manager /Owner within the Connected vehicle, you will support to define system Epics/Features that apply to the system as a whole and on key subparts of the system.

You will be leading work around Feature architecture, design and documentation of Epics and Features. Furthermore, you will also support and coach the teams to follow Epics/Features and decisions taken on their daily work.

The role also involves supporting Product/Feature owners to consolidate system requirements into Epics/Features.

Skills Must have

Experience in software development and architecture in Backend or Cloud

Ability to communicate advanced and complex concepts and ideas persuasively and concisely to all levels of the business

Ability to support and define high level solutions for Connected vehicle platform

Negotiation skills including but not limited to conflict resolution, problem‑solving and decision‑making

Leadership skills including but not limited to mentoring, coaching, and training abilities.

Agile practitioner having extensive experience with Agile Methodologies ( Scrum, SAFe etc)

Able to define and maintain mapping between customer requirements, features and feature development teams

Knowledge in AUTOSAR, AGL, Automotive SPICE, Safety (ISO26262) compliance

Nice to have

Well versed in software planning methodologies
