What you will be doing Provide direct patient care in accordance with the plan of care developed by the RN and physician. Administer medications, injections, wound care, and treatments as prescribed. Monitor and report vital signs, symptoms, and patient progress. Assist with personal care needs as appropriate to the nursing scope of practice. Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in compliance with state and agency requirements. Promote safety and infection control for clients and coworkers.
