Primary Responsibilities As an Outpatient Mental Health Therapist, you will:
Provide outpatient therapy services to individuals, couples, and families
Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Deliver evidence-based, client-centered interventions
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Maintain a caseload consistent with full-time expectations (approximately 25 sessions per week)
Collaborate with families, schools, medical providers, and community partners as appropriate
Participate in clinical meetings, trainings, and team consultation
Qualifications Required:
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
Active clinical license ( PLMHP, LMFT, LPCC, LIMHP, LMPH, LICSW, LP , etc.)
Experience with assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
Strong ethical boundaries and professionalism
Comfort using Electronic Health Records (EHR);
Valant experience a plus
