Put your skills to work in a role that values strong work ethic, quick learning, and attention to detail. A high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license are required. Prior Kenworth experience is a plus, and Cummins and/or Paccar certifications are highly valued.
Compensation & Schedule
Hourly pay: $25–$40 (based on experience)
Full‑time position with advancement opportunities

Responsibilities
Service, repair, and recondition Kenworth trucks as directed by the Service Manager
Diagnose malfunctions in hydraulics, electrical, and hydrostatic systems
Perform welding and fabrication work as needed
Recommend appropriate repairs and prepare cost estimates
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all repairs performed
Communicate with the factory for technical assistance
Stay current with industry trends and technical advancements
Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required
Valid driver’s license required
Diesel technician experience (Kenworth preferred)
Cummins and/or Paccar certifications a plus
Strong attention to detail, work ethic, and problem‑solving skills
Physical Demands
Regularly required to talk, listen, stand, walk, use hands, and reach with arms
Must be able to lift, carry, and transport materials up to 50 lbs. frequently and occasionally more than 50 lbs.
