This position directly contributes to JLL's commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences by maintaining optimal building conditions and supporting seamless facility operations. You'll work both independently and alongside other local engineers to perform essential maintenance tasks, conduct facility inspections, and ensure all building systems operate efficiently to support client occupancy and business continuity.**What your day-to-day will look like:**• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and respond to repair work orders on facility mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other installed systems and equipment• Conduct assigned facility inspections and due diligence efforts, reporting conditions that impact client occupancy and operations• Handle general interior maintenance tasks including hanging pictures, installing keyboard trays, repairing office furniture systems, and door repairs• Assist operations teams with building and equipment maintenance and repair efforts as directed by management• Move office furniture, machinery, equipment, and other materials as requested by clients and facility teams• Replace lighting fixtures and ballasts, clean HVAC coils, change filters and belts to maintain optimal system performance• Update work order status in real-time using CMMS systems such as 360 Facility and submit required administrative documentation**Required Qualifications:**• High school diploma or equivalent education level• Minimum 1-3 years of applicable working experience in general building repair and maintenance, basic plumbing, and basic electrical work• Valid state driver's license with ability to maintain clean driving record and pass MVR screening• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders up to 30 feet safely• Ability to pass background check, drug/alcohol screening, and other required screening processes• Strong customer service skills with ability to interact professionally with clients and team members• Demonstrated ability to work independently while following safety procedures and maintaining compliance with local codes and ordinances**Preferred Qualifications:**• Third-party certifications related to building maintenance, mechanical systems, or electrical work• Experience with CMMS systems and computerized maintenance management platforms• Additional certifications or licenses as required by local authority having jurisdiction• Experience working in commercial office buildings, healthcare facilities, or similar professional environments• Knowledge of HVAC systems, building automation, and energy management systems• Experience with mobile maintenance operations and multi-site facility management• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client-facing interactions**Location:** On-site

**Work Shift:** Standard business hours (9 am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, overtime as needed). This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.**Estimated compensation for this position:**49,920.00 – 54,080.00 USD per year*This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ.
