Salary Range: $49,000 - $81,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production machinery.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Repair and replace faulty components, parts, and equipment.
Install, commission, and relocate manufacturing machinery.
Conduct routine inspections and calibrations to ensure operational accuracy.
Adhere to all safety regulations and standard operating procedures.
Document maintenance activities and parts used in CMMS.
Recommended Qualifications
Proficiency in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining industrial production machinery (mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic systems).
Proven experience (e.g., 3-5 years) as a maintenance mechanic in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to identify root causes of equipment failures.
Adherence to safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with PLC troubleshooting and programming
Welding and fabrication proficiency
Certification or extensive experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software
Basic electrical troubleshooting skills beyond motor control
