Key Responsibilities
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Repair and replace defective parts, components, and machinery.
Install, set up, and commission new production equipment.
Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and ensure operational efficiency.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company procedures.
Recommended Qualifications
X years of experience as an industrial or maintenance mechanic in a manufacturing environment.
Proven ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical systems including hydraulics, pneumatics, and power transmission.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
Strong understanding and adherence to industrial safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
Technical degree or certification in industrial maintenance, mechanics, or a related field.
Experience with precision measuring tools and fabrication techniques (e.g., welding).
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with PLC diagnostics and troubleshooting
Proficiency in welding (MIG, TIG, Stick) and fabrication
Familiarity with predictive maintenance techniques (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography)
CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) experience
Forklift and aerial lift certification
