Overview
Job Title: Senior Architectural Designer – Phoenix AZ
Lead and support design efforts across multiple projects, guiding teams to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes aligned with the firm’s design standards.
Responsibilities
Lead and support design efforts across multiple projects to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes aligned with the firm’s design standards
Guide and mentor internal design teams using Revit to maintain documentation and modeling standards
Perform in a capacity consistent with capabilities and directives when supporting senior design leadership
Develop design concepts and solutions in alignment with client goals, programmatic needs, and project scope
Serve as a liaison between clients, consultants, and regulatory bodies to support approvals and project advancement
Coordinate with Arizona consultants and municipal jurisdictions to advance project timelines
Qualifications
15+ years of architectural experience
Experience in project planning
Architecture degree required
Proficiency in Revit
Professional registration preferred but not required
