Psychotherapist Vivent Health is seeking a dedicated Psychotherapist to join our Behavioral Health and Wellness Clinic. The role supports a comprehensive HIV‑care and prevention model, offering high‑quality individual, couple, and family psychotherapy while also addressing mental health and substance use needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct intake, assessment, treatment planning, and psychotherapy for patients in the clinic.

Provide educational, psycho‑educational, and psychotherapeutic interventions including on‑call and after‑hours care.

Assist with program and policy development, marketing, research activities, and financial/billing tasks in support of departmental functions.

Maintain accurate and timely patient record documentation and ensure all required information is included in the official case record.

Collaborate with other service providers and community resources to coordinate care for patients with co‑occurring disorders.

Participate in staff meetings, supervision sessions, continuing education events, and training.

Report to the Director of Behavioral Health and Wellness on all assigned responsibilities and any additional duties.

Adhere to all agency policies, including confidentiality, the Employee Handbook, Health Care Corporate Compliance Plan, and Standards of Conduct.

Provide reasonable accommodations as required for individuals with disabilities.

KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

Accredited Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage & Family Therapy.

Valid licensure as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of service.

Experience delivering in‑person, video‑based, and telephone‑based therapy.

Knowledge of behavioral health and wellness programming, including substance abuse services.

Experience treating co‑occurring disorders and familiarity with the HIV/AIDS patient population.

Commitment to cultural sensitivity, equity, and inclusion.

Flexibility with working hours and willingness to engage in administrative duties.

Working knowledge of Spanish is a plus.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

HIV experience in a not‑for‑profit environment.

SALARY Starting at $70,000 per year (dependent on experience).
