Requirements
State licensure required if available in the state where the facility is located.
Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.
Registered Dietitian Certification from the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
Flexibility to work varied schedules, possible travel for multiple facilities, and additional shifts.
Successful completion of the Competency Assessment for Renal Dietitians (CARD) with a score of at least 80% after hire and training.
Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and functional proficiency with DaVita‑specific applications within 60 days.
