Clinical Coordinator
Base pay range: $53.00/hr – $69.00/hr

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate patient care plans and monitor outcomes
Supervise clinical staff, including PCTs
Ensure safe, compassionate dialysis delivery
Build long‑term relationships with patients and families
Work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
Manage Clinical Outcomes
Patient Flow
Will also work on the floor
Requirements
MUST BE AN RN
Current RN license and CPR certification
18+ months RN experience, including 6+ months dialysis OR
3 years of RN experience
Charge RN readiness approval required
ADN required; BSN preferred
ICU, ER, or Med/Surg experience preferred
CNN/CDN certification a plus
Basic computer skills (MS Word, Outlook)
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
