Direct Support Professional
Join BAYADA Home Health Care as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Excelsior Springs, MO and surrounding areas. You will work one‑on‑one in home and community settings, serving as a companion and mentor for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities, helping them reach their full potential.

Provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming)

Qualifications
Minimum one year of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
High school diploma or equivalent
