We are proudly building an environment where you can bring your authentic self to work.***Here’s the Gist:***As a Manufacturing Technician, you'll oversee wafer production from inception to completion, working with engineers and stakeholders to achieve world class cycle times. You will work with a manufacturing execution system and multiple rep.You will work a 12-hour night shift or day shift with a "3on-4off-4on-3off" alternating schedule. Technicians working 12-hour day shifts are eligible to receive a shift differential of 5%, as well as overtime and bonus eligibility. This position will work a **Backend Day shift: (Thursday- Saturday and every other Wednesday, 6am - 6:15pm)*****The Day-to-Day:**** Operate, and routinely qualify, equipment in various semiconductor process areas such as photolithography, etch, CVD, PVD, metrology, and others.* Perform logistic tasks such as wafer unpacking, releasing to process, and packing to be shipped.* Maintain a presence in the Operations Command Center.
Monitor and evaluate operating data to ensure optimized wafer movement in the fabricator.***This Job is Right for You if You Have (Minimum Requirements):**** Basic computer skills, including Excel and Outlook.
The ability to multitask using multiple computer screens at the same time.* Ability to work a Back-end Day shift: Thursday- Saturday and every other Wednesday, 6am - 6:15pm.* Work independently with minimal supervision, as well as under pressure in a fast-paced environment.* Ability to stand, walk, sit, or move around assigned work location without limitation for extended periods of time (i.e. up to 11 hours at a time)* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs to chest height.* Experience using hands to operate machinery and/or assemble product.* Must be comfortable wearing personal protective equipment or PPE (i.e. lightweight cleanroom suit, eye protection, gloves, etc.)* Ability to work in repetitive motions and pressure involving fingers, hands, and wrists, includes standing or walking over hard concrete surface, and climbing laddersThis role may require additional duties and/or assignments as designated by management. #J-18808-Ljbffr
