LPN/RN
to join their team of caring professionals. The qualified LPN/RN must be a graduate from a nursing program accredited by the state of SC and maintain a current unencumbered license to practice in South Carolina. Responsibilities
Work with the interdisciplinary care team to assure accurate patient assessment and development of individualized plans of care. Maintain open and ongoing communication with patients and families. Ensure that appropriate nursing care is provided, assist with meds and treatments as needed, and perform other patient care duties as assigned. Benefits & Compensation
