Position Overview As a Metro Travel Registered Nurse, you will travel to different Removery locations within your local market, serving as a Laser Associate in an assigned studio (usually within a radius of less than 80 miles) during the absence of the regular Laser Associate. Your duties will include administering safe laser treatments, educating clients on the removal process, and supervising various laser and operational activities. This role offers you the opportunity to empower clients as they begin their journey towards tattoo removal, allowing you to make a meaningful impact in their lives.
Position Specifics
Location: Phoenix – Cambellback or Glendale studio
Pay: $50–$53/hour + commission
Travel Requirements: Will receive same‑day assignments and report to a nearby studio location (typically within an 80‑mile radius) within two hours of direction. May require occasional overnight travel.
Status: Full‑time, non‑exempt
Schedule
Tuesday: 10:00 – 6:00 pm
Wednesday: 10:00 – 6:00 pm
Thursday: 11:00 – 7:00 pm
Friday: 9:00 – 5:00 pm
Saturday: 9:00 – 4:00 pm
Responsibilities
Provide safe and effective laser treatments adhering to Removery protocol.
Ensure compliance with Removery standards for safety protocol, treatment guidelines, and client information and records.
Establish trust with clients through excellent customer service while communicating realistic expectations and treatment outcomes.
Maintain a high level of accountability while collaborating with the studio team to achieve key performance indicators and foster a positive studio culture.
Perform light cleaning duties and manage administrative tasks, as needed, to ensure smooth studio operations and client experience.
Ensure compliance with company learning and development requirements and maintain up‑to‑date licensing credentials.
Position Requirements
Active, unencumbered RN license.
Reliable transportation to commute to your home studio and/or other designated locations, as needed and by 10 am.
Flexibility with various studio teams and clientele.
Effective and client‑centric communication style.
Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Out‑of‑state travel for training may be required.
Must be able to sit for hour‑long increments.
Must be able to lift 10 lbs. or more repetitively.
High level comfort with treating and interacting with the human body.
Ability to maintain highly confidential information.
Strong wrist dexterity and strength with the ability to operate a laser and computer/office machinery (required use of hands, fingers, arms).
Ability to visually assess clients’ skin conditions and safely operate laser equipment while wearing Laser Safety Goggles.
Ability to meet employment eligibility requirements.
