Lovelace Medical Center is an acute care hospital with 263 licensed beds providing comprehensive care including emergency care, surgical services, robotic spine surgery, stroke care, radiology and oncology services. Responsibilities
Perform MRI cross-sectional imaging and related procedures as directed by a licensed physician. Operate and monitor MRI equipment. Assist in other areas as requested. Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety. Qualifications
Job Requirements: Associates Degree in Radiologic Sciences or equivalent. Training in Radiology, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, and/or Cross Sectional Anatomy. ARRT, ARDMS, or equivalent registered or eligible. Full State of New Mexico licensure required within one year of hire. Must maintain licensure and national certification/registry. BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care. Preferred Job Requirements: Bachelor of Science Degree. Formal MRI Education. Three (3) years experience in a hospital environment.
