Responsibilities
Provide hands‑on care to residents based on the resident Plan of Care.
Administer medications and provide treatment based on physician orders.
Identify changes in resident condition and evaluate the resident care needs.
Maintain strong assessment and documentation skills.
Evaluate and participate in the development of the Resident Plan of Care.
Monitor overall resident condition and provide care as required while complying with facility policy and procedures.
Qualifications
Current RN/LVN License in Texas.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Strong leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively with a large team.
Ability to work efficiently under time constraints.
Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
Capacity to handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
