Work Hours:
Part-Time. Day/Evening shift. 20 hours per week.
Provides professional nursing care practicing legal nursing responsibilities as indicated by the Nurse Practice Act.
Requirements
Graduate of an accredited professional school of nursing
Current Pennsylvania licensure (other state licensure as required)
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
Successful completion of applicable clearances as outlined in Human Resources policy HR-106 within 90 days of commencing employment
One year recent experience in any of the following specialties: Critical Care, Cath lab, Post Anesthesia Care Unit, or Emergency Department; or two years of telemetry nursing experience; or three years of experience in Medical Surgical Nursing.
Preferred
Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing
Two years of acute care nursing experience or one year of Critical Care nursing experience
