Role Description This is a part‑time, hybrid role for a Registered Nurse based in Kennesaw, GA. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for overseeing the health and well‑being of clients by conducting initial assessments, developing and updating individualized care plans, and making follow‑up visits. The role also includes monitoring client progress, ensuring clinical standards are met, and collaborating with caregivers to offer exceptional care to clients. Additional responsibilities include providing health education to clients and their families and supporting the overall improvement of care delivery practices.
Qualifications
Registered Nurse license in good standing with the state of Georgia
Competence in conducting assessments, creating care plans, and monitoring health progress
Effective communication skills to work collaboratively with clients, families, and caregivers
Compassionate attitude towards providing care to older adults
Experience in health education and training is an advantage
Basic computer literacy for maintaining records and documentation
CPR and First Aid certification required
Ability to adapt to client needs and a dynamic care environment
