As an Occupational Therapist, you help patients get well. You assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver occupational therapy. You design programs to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities and independence. You are adaptable to patient needs and collaborate with peers while making referrals to support patient care. You may train patients and caregivers to promote independence and productivity. If qualified, a recruiter will call for a 10-minute conversation within 2–3 business days. You will be presented to the hiring manager. The hiring manager will reach out to schedule the interview. This all happens within 1–5 business days from the phone screen. After your interview, the hiring decision is made quickly, typically within the same week. Bachelor's degree in an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program. Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT). Valid and unencumbered OT license as required by the state of practice. Posting Salary Range: USD $42.00 - USD $50.00 /Hr.
