Occupational Therapist - OT - Certified Hand Therapist
Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation, Austin, TX (Onion Creek/Mueller). Occupational Therapist (OT) – Certified Hand Therapist (CHT). Outpatient. Split position between Onion Creek and Mueller locations. Hours vary: M-F 7a-7p. Full Time. 32‑40 hours/week. Compensation depends upon candidate’s years of experience and internal equity. Salary range: $82,160 - $109,345.60.

Responsibilities Evaluate all assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify treatment plans in accordance with patient needs and physician direction. Delegate and direct all discipline‑specific therapy services for those assigned patients. Design functional treatment programs that enable effective return to community activities. Serve as an educator of patients, families, students, coworkers, and self. Perform other professional duties associated with patient care, development of discipline‑specific therapy services, and delivery of treatment programs.
Minimum Qualifications
Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as an Occupational Therapist required
Certified Hand Therapist certification required
Certified BLS or completion within the first 90 days of employment required
