Health Ministries Clinic (HMC) is seeking a detail-oriented 340B Auditor to support our integrated care team in Newton, Kansas. This full-time role is essential in ensuring compliance, accuracy, and integrity of our 340B Drug Pricing Program while supporting our mission to provide accessible, high-quality care to our community.
As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), HMC relies on the 340B program to help stretch limited resources and expand patient services. In this role, you will play a key part in safeguarding program compliance and optimizing program performance so we can continue serving patients regardless of ability to pay.
What You'll Do
Conduct routine and ad hoc audits of the 340B program to ensure compliance with HRSA regulations.
Review patient eligibility, provider eligibility, and prescription data for accuracy.
Monitor contract pharmacy activity to prevent diversion and duplicate discounts.
Reconcile 340B purchase data, dispensing records, and inventory systems.
Identify compliance risks and prepare audit findings and recommendations.
Collaborate with pharmacy, billing, finance, and clinical teams.
Assist with HRSA audit preparation and corrective action plans.
Maintain accurate audit documentation.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
1+ years of 340B, pharmacy compliance, auditing, or healthcare revenue cycle experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of HRSA 340B regulations.
Experience with contract pharmacies preferred.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
EHR or pharmacy system experience preferred.
