Bonus Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
Experience with specific ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) in a manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with automation technologies, Industry 4.0 principles, or smart manufacturing solutions.
Proven experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) processes.
