Let us show you all the ways we can Empower Your Purpose.To learn more about Rehmann, visit:**Job Description:****How You'll Make an Impact:*** Working with multi-disciplinary teams to provide innovative risk solutions to clients in a variety of industries* Collaborating with senior-level client personnel and Rehmann professionals to design new business processes and internal controls, project plans, working papers, and improvement recommendations* Performing internal control assessments of management* Interviewing clients, examining evidence documentation, analyzing and performing substantive testing of financial data* Building relationships internally to foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration* Providing a “wow” experience to every client* Contributing to the success of our clients’ organizations* Developing staff associates and interns as they begin their careers in public accounting* Making a difference in the communities where you live and work**Your Desired Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:*** 3 - 5 years of relevant assurance experience in public accounting or industry* CPA certification or progress towards the CPA exam* SOX experience, a plus* Excellent verbal and written communication skills* Ability to manage multiple deadlines* Outstanding client service and communication skills* Desire to develop unique business solutions in a team-based environment* Commitment to continuous learning and development* Out-of-the box thinking and an entrepreneurial spirit* A new perspective and new ideas allowing us to continuously improve* Unwavering integrity in all situationsWe Put People First in all that we do.
