Position Summary The IT Project Lead position is responsible for analyzing and designing the organization's information technology systems and processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness. This position will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define technical requirements, define objectives, and work together to accomplish mutual goals. An innovation mindset should be a driver during project evaluation and execution.
Location Houston TX (hybrid)
Principal Duties
Designs models and utilizes analysis and solution development methods, including process maps, flow charts, and diagrams
Supports management with project planning, risk assessment, and project tracking to deliver timely IT solutions within budget
Works with users to identify system requirements; develops processing procedures and systems modifications to meet these specifications
Uses defined policies and procedures to evaluate and design new IT systems or enhance existing systems to integrate with current and future needs
Performs system tests to evaluate new functions or changes in current systems.
Prepares functional specifications and documents for programmers and other technical teams
Drafts informational materials and graphics to explain systems to managers and users
Performs other related duties as assigned

Must have strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Strong oral and written communications skills
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Strong time management skills
Ability to effectively prioritize tasks
Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information
Qualifications
Two years' experience implementing or supporting Technology Solutions
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in computer science, industrial engineering
Project management experience
Professional certification is a plus
Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PPT, Teams)
Working knowledge of SAP or equivalent ERP system strongly preferred
Other Requirements
Must be willing to travel up to 10% of the time
Must be legally authorized to work in the USA
Must be fluent in English. Bilingual in Spanish preferred
