Working at ECHO provides an opportunity to deliver the highest level of care and service to patients while in a supportive, close knit and cutting edge environment.**Job Description:**Responsibilities include:* Clearly and accurately documents pertinent information in the patient's medical record. Consistently demonstrates effective documentation practices and develops strategies to ensure complete documentation of patient care* Completes timely and ongoing patient assessments and responses to treatments serving as a key participant on the treatment team* Works closely with APRNs and Doctors to ensure appropriate and prescribed treatment plans are followed* Oversee triage responsibilities when scheduled* Deliver teaches to patients on a variety of different subject matters and medication procedures* Administer chemotherapy administration as well as immunotherapy, intravenous gamma globulin, iron infusions and growth factor support**Ideal candidates have:*** Current RN license through the state of CT* Previous experience accessing ports and placing IV lines* Previous experience in Oncology and working with an oncology EMR preferred* Associate's Degree in Nursing required* Ability to stand for the duration of shift and move quickly throughout the infusion centerlocations:
